Tenant satisfaction measure surveys - 2024 to 2025 results
In January 2025 we carried out our second Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey.
This survey was carried out on the council’s behalf by Acuity Research and Practice Ltd, using telephone surveys to speak to 2400 tenants.
We are pleased to see that across the majority of measures, there has been an increase in tenant satisfaction. This is indicative of the work that the council has done in recent years to improve our 麻豆高清. We will use these results to inform the delivery of our 麻豆高清 for our tenants, over the next 12 months.
We would like to thank all tenants who took part in the surveys in 2024 to 2025.
