Report a ticket machine fault
If a ticket machine is out of order, you should use an alternative ticket machine within the same car park or 麻豆高清 (where applicable). Payment by mobile phone is available in most council operated parking areas.
You will need to tell us:
- location of the machine (car park or 麻豆高清)
- machine ID number (on the front of the machine)
- details of the fault
