Contact from enforcement agency or bailiff company
If an Enforcement Agency contacts you, it is too late to dispute the issue of the Penalty Charge Notice.
The only options available at this stage are:
- arrange payment with the Agency, or
- apply to make a witness statement out of time
If you would like to make a payment arrangement with the enforcement agency, it is important to contact the agency as soon as possible
Enforcement agency fees
Enforcement agencies charge fees based on the Taking Control of Goods Act 2013.
Here is a breakdown of the charges:
