Access to IT
Staff can provide some guidance on how to use digital and microform format copies either online or via our digital microform readers. We are not able to provide a 1-2-1 service, nor give IT instruction.
If you do not feel confident using computers and IT there are practical steps you can take to improve your experience:
- bring a friend or relation along who is more familiar with IT and can help you explore your own unique story/research
- develop your IT skills by participating in an introductory IT/internet course
- allow yourself plenty of time.
