If your account is in debt you will receive a paper statement, every quarter. Statements will also be included in the first action letter or if you are served with a notice.
It is important that you check your account at least once every 13 weeks to make sure your account is up to date.
Credits on the account
It is important that you do not allow more than a month worth of credit to accumulate on the account as any refund requests will take up to 4 weeks to process.

Before you can view or request a rent statement , you will need to sign in or register for a BRUM account, this will allow you to keep track of all your communications with the council.

Once signed in you will be able to access Housing Rents Online and complete the relevant form.
