Growing digital skills in the Council to deliver 麻豆高清 that are citizen and business focused.
We will:
- put 麻豆高清’s citizens and businesses at the heart of everything we do
- build the skills that are essential to deliver a citizen-centred approach and show that we can achieve better outcomes for everyone this way
- ensure all our Councillors and senior leaders are digital leaders and advocates for taking a citizen centred approach
- have staff that are confident in their digital skills
- have teams that can adapt quickly to the changing needs of citizens and new service requirements
