  Â鶹¸ßÇå City Council has had their applications for Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) approved, so they can now exercise their enforcement powers to seize five empty properties.

  Figures released by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) today reveal that during an evening count last Autumn there were 57 people sleeping rough in Â鶹¸ßÇå.
