Sharing an allotment
Only one person can sign an allotment plot tenancy agreement. If you decide to share your plot with someone else, it’s helpful to let your Allotment Committee know.
If your name is on the tenancy agreement, the Council or the Allotment Association will still hold you responsible for the whole plot, even if you are sharing it with someone.
