By joining the LHIB in your constituency, you will help improve the way the council manage your homes and the area where you live, by

• acting as a lead consultative board, for the council, for housing related issues in its constituency
• representing tenants and leaseholders at other meetings, and in other forums, where issues relevant to LHIB are discussed
• effectively scrutinising the performance of housing 麻豆高清, and challenging areas of poor performance within its constituency
• making decisions and recommendations on the spending of their funds, and taking part in consultations organised by the council and others
• working with your tenant participation officer and the local housing team to identify priorities and develop housing priority plans
