Grades 6 and 7
If you are in a grade 6 or 7 role
If you are currently in Grades 6 and 7, you will stay on the current structure for now.
The proposal is to move Grades 6 and 7 to a reshaped Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC) structure when it has been reviewed.
This will be subject to consultation with our 3 recognised trade unions, GMB, UNISON, and Unite the Union, after the review.
Terms and conditions under the Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC)
The final detail of any proposed changes to Grades 6 and 7 will not become clear until the JNC review has been completed.
Until then, if you are in Grades 6 and 7, your terms and conditions will not change.
